Returns & Refunds
Each clothing item is custom made so returns are limited, in most cases sales are final. With that said, we always aim to make things right. If there is a flaw or defect, that is the responsibility of The Wild Fern Apparel & Design Co. we will allow a refund or exchange in these circumstances as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery. If the flaw or defect is related to information provided by the purchaser, or related to custom sizes ordered by the customer, refunds cannot be issued. Please inspect your purchases carefully upon delivery. Return Inquiries regarding product issues are welcomed. We aim to provide customer service that our grandparents would be proud of.
Any returned item must be in original condition with tags intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will finalize the details of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
Terms & Conditions
Payment is appreciated upon receipt of the product delivery date. In certain situations payments will be collected via invoice; payment for invoices not submitted within 14 days of receipt of the product are subject to a 5% late charge.
